The CPF applies to French citizens and permanent residents living and working in France.
WHY THE CPF?
Would you like to benefit from professional training? Would you like to evolve in your company, change professions or certify your level of French or English? 88% of French people are convinced of the need to follow one or more training courses to change profession. What about you?
SIMPLIFIED ACCESS TO TRAINING
Since January 1, 2019, your rights to professional training, acquired throughout your career, are no longer counted iin hours but in euros.

To access and use them, a new service has been llaunched by the Ministry of Labor, with a mobile application and a MonCompteFormation website.
HOW IT WORKS?
1. Download the MonCompteFormation application on your phone or connect to moncompteformation.gouv.fr
2. Identify yourself with your social security number to find out how many euros you have available for training.
3. Access a catalog to find 3PS Formation Langues
4. Register for a training session and pay directly from MonCompteFormation
500 EUROS PER YEAR FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT!
Your account is automatically funded with 500 euros per year (within the limit of 5000 euros) as long as you work at lleast part-time.

For employees without any diploma 800 euros are credited each year to the account (within the limit of 8000 euros)

You do not have enough euros in your training account to finance the training of your choice? You can call for additional funding by requesting help from your employer; from your region, from Agefiph (if you are recognized as a disabled worker), or choose to pay the remainder directly by bank card.
